How does it work?

The Clean Plate process is simple! Once you sign up by submitting the form on our website, you will receive the next available menu in your email inbox. Simply reply to that email with your order.Next, you will receive an emailed invoice. Our delicious, heart-healthy meals will be delivered right to your doorstep the following week! 

What is the difference between Clean Plates and Primal Plates?

Both of these menus are offered weekly. 

Clean Plates = Family Style servings of dinners that balance all food groups and are  free of any hydrogenated oils, added preservatives, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, trans fats or refined sugars. Using plant based oils only.

Primal Plates = Generous individual portions served in BPA free microwaveable containers that are Whole30 Compliant, Paleo Friendly,  Gluten Free and Dairy Free.

Where is your delivery area? 

We currently deliver strictly in Westchase and it's surrounding areas. During the sign-up process, scroll through the neighborhood options to select yours. We are grateful for all of the interest outside of these areas and appreciate your patience as we work to expand our delivery services! 

Do I need to be home during my scheduled delivery time?

We know your family is busy! Because of this, we offer a porch-delivery option. 

Do you cook for families with food allergies?

Please be aware that our facility prepares foods and uses ingredients in our products that contain peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, and wheat. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consumers with these allergies. If you have any type of food allergy, please refrain from eating our meals.

Can I request some changes on the menu for my family?

Absolutely! Sauce on the side, no olives, no garnish, extra spicy, no added spice just tell us your preferences and we will do our best to design a dinner that is just right for your family. Whenever possible we provide options for Gluten and Dairy intolerance too.

Can I pick up my order from you? 

At this time, we are unable to allow customers to pick up their order; however, we are considering the option of Clean Plate pick-up locations. Stay tuned for updates.

When do you deliver? 

Delivery is available Monday through Thursday 3:00-7:00 pm. Once you have signed-up we will let you know the one hour window that we are in your neighborhood. If this time does not work for you we do our best to establish a better delivery time for you or set up porch delivery.

Is there a delivery fee? 

The delivery fee is factored into our pricing on the menu, so you won't be hit with unexpected delivery fees. There is, however, a minimum order of $25 required for each delivery. 

What forms of payment do you accept and how do I pay?

Payment is made at time of ordering via Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. An order confirmation/receipt email will be sent upon completion at checkout.

If I sign-up, am I obligated to a certain number of purchases a week or month? 

Nope, we do not require any subscriptions or weekly obligations. Simply order a minimum of $25 per delivery when it is right for your family's schedule. We trust our food will keep you coming back when you need us!
