Monday   (Chicken Fricasse with White Rice and a House Salad)
This is a Spanish dish where the chicken is sautéed, braised, and served with a tomato based sauce. Potatoes and Carrots are simmered with the chicken to absorb the flavors. Served with a side of white rice and a house salad (homemade vinaigrette included)


Tuesday (Greek Chicken, Lemon Parsley Potatoes and Mediterranean Green Bean Salad)
Chicken breasts baked with Greek spices, onions and kalamata olives and topped with reduced fat feta crumbles. Potatoes sautéed in olive oil, lemon and fresh parsley and a flavor packed salad  of garbanzo beans, fresh green bean, tomatoes and cucumbers tossed in a tangy dressing.


Wednesday (Veggie Lasagna, House Salad, Garlic Knots)
Blend of seasonal vegetables and reduced fat cheeses insure that you will not miss the meat! Our special homemade vinaigrette salad dressing is included!

 

Thursday (Chicken Breast w/ Quinoa Stuffing served with Sautéed Fresh Green Beans)
Rosemary seasoned chicken breasts layered with a quinoa, cranberry nut stuffing and glazed with a citrus cranberry reduction.

BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad
Chopped chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, black beans, corn, Monterrey Jack and Cheddar cheese blend served with crushed tortillas and creamy BBQ dressing.

 

Fresh Green Bean Salad
32 oz. container of a flavor and nutrient  packed salad. Consists of garbanzo beans, fresh green beans, red onions, tomatoes and cucumbers tossed in a tangy dressing.

 

Sautéed Carrots Chips
Full of Beta Carotene this naturally sweet veggie is seasoned and sautéed in olive oil just long enough to bring out it’s full flavor. 16 oz. container.
